Privacy policy

This is the privacy policy for the Ruum app by fivenine.

Data collection

We do not collect any of the data you enter in to Ruum. The data you enter in to Ruum is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Firebase Crashlytics

If, and only if, the user accepts crash reporting, we gather crash reports trough Firebase Crashlytics. Otherwise, we do not collect any data, nor does any 3rd-party company.

This Google service:

  • Collects stack traces when the application crashes or an error occurs.

  • Collects relevant application state when the application crashes or an error occurs.

  • Collects point-in-time metadata about the device when the application crashes or an error occurs.

  • Generates and stores the Crashlytics installation UUID to measure the number of users impacted by a crash or error.

Crash and error traces and their associated identifiers are kept for 90 days.

This data is used to get insights into and measure the number of users impacted by issues with the app and to help fix them.
